Concierge-Led Process, Designed Around YouR Vision

Hero Project Solutions follows a structured, concierge-led approach that adapts to the homeowner’s desired level of involvement.

Here’s a real life example: Katherine wants to remodel her kitchen but has a very full schedule, and has no idea how to choose a contractor or manage a remodel. A construction concierge helps Katherine define the project, selects 3 vetted contractors for quotes, explains the proposals, helps choose one, and oversees the process. The concierge handles calls, updates the homeowner weekly, catches errors early, and ensures the project finishes cleanly and correctly.

STEP 1: PRIVATE CONSULTATION, DISCOVERY & PLANNING

Every engagement begins with clarity.

This phase is designed to establish alignment before construction begins and may include:

  • Initial consultation (in-person or virtual)

  • Budget and timeline planning

  • Contractor vetting (typically 3+ qualified bids)

  • Review and explanation of proposals, contracts, and scope documents

  • Permitting guidance and coordination as needed

The goal is to ensure that expectations are defined early, documentation is understood, and decisions are made thoughtfully, not reactively.

Step 2: Process Setup & Construction Oversight

Once construction begins, my role shifts to managing the process surrounding the work.

Depending on the project, support may include:

  • Weekly on-site visits and progress updates

  • Photo documentation

  • Coordination of communication between homeowner and general contractor

  • Real-time schedule tracking

  • Change order review and impact analysis

The focus is not on replacing the contractor, but on ensuring that communication remains clear, scope stays aligned, and homeowners are never left guessing.

This level of oversight is especially valuable in high-value residential markets such as Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan, Darien, and Westchester County, where complexity and expectations are elevated.

Step 3: HOMEOWNER SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY

Throughout the project, I serve as your advocate and guide.

Construction can involve technical language, fast-moving decisions, and unexpected developments. My role is to bring calm structure to those moments.

Support may include:

  • Translating construction terminology into clear guidance

  • Mediating conversations neutrally and professionally

  • Acting as liaison with architects, designers, or municipal offices

  • Supporting final walkthroughs and punch lists

  • Coordinating optional third-party inspections when appropriate

Advocacy does not mean confrontation. It means clarity, preparation, and steady representation.

Step 4: COMPLETION & CLOSE-OUT

Completion deserves the same level of care as planning.

As your project concludes, support may include:

  • Final quality review

  • Coordination of outstanding items

  • Delivery and organization of project documentation

  • Warranty guidance

  • A post-project feedback conversation

The goal is a thoughtful close-out, without loose ends or unanswered questions.
